Thank you for subscribing to Signature Theatre Company!

Subscribers enjoy many benefits, including priority seating and ticket exchange privileges. As a subscriber, you'll be the first to receive information about our productions, expanded programming and special events. This section provides some useful information for current subscribers.

PLAY NOTIFICATION:
A Show Alert will be sent to you 5-7 weeks before the first performance of each production.

Each Show Alert contains:
Calendar of the Subscriber Priority Ordering Weeks
Complete ticket-ordering information
A ticket-order form

HOW TO ORDER TICKETS:
As a subscriber, you are guaranteed one ticket per subscription to each production, provided that you order during the priority ordering period. Ticket requests are filled in order of receipt, so be sure to respond as quickly as possible.

BY MAIL OR FAX:
When your Show Alert arrives, consult the calendar and select a performance date and time, as well as two alterate performance dates. Fill out the attached order form with your ordering information and mail or fax it to our Box Office at (212) 714-9083. Tickets will be mailed to you two weeks prior to your performance date, unless specified otherwise. If you request that we hold your tickets, you will receive a confirmation by phone.

BY PHONE:
You may also call the Signature Box Office at (212) 244-PLAY during regular Box Office hours to place your order. Please make sure that you have both your first choice as well as two alternate dates handy before you place the call. All tickets will be mailed to you two weeks prior to your performance date, unless specified otherwise.

BY EMAIL:
To reserve your seats by email, please send a message to subscriptions@signaturetheatre.org. All orders should include the subscriber name, the date and time of the requested performance, and the number of seats needed, as well as two alternate performance dates. Subscribers purchasing guest tickets must email their credit card numbers and expiration date or contact the Box Office by telephone, unless Signature has a card on file for you. Tickets will be mailed two weeks prior to your performance date, unless specified otherwise.

GUEST TICKETS:
All subscribers are entitled to purchase one additional guest ticket per subscription at the $20 ticket price during the priority period, subject to availability.

PRIORITY ORDERING FOR TALK BACKS AND OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS:
Subscribers have first priority to reserve seats for our TalkBacks, Subscriber Wine Receptions and other special events. Talk Backs are post-performance discussions led by Signature artists, which offer a more in-depth view of the play, playwright and Signature Theatre Company. The Subscriber Wine Receptions are a great opportunity to meet other subscribers and to get to know the Signature Staff. These events will be listed on the Subscriber Priority Weeks calendar on each Show Alert. Please note that these performances are extremely popular and usually sell out within the first week of the priority ordering period, so act quickly to ensure seating.

HOW TO SIT WITH FRIENDS WHO ARE ALSO SUBSCRIBERS:
To sit with friends who are also subscribers, please mail, fax, email or call in your orders together. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS:
Ticket exchange is an exclusive benefit for subscribers and their guests. If you need to reschedule, please notify the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance of your originally scheduled performance. Every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule. Please note that the Box Office must have your original tickets in hand in order to make an exchange. (If your personal schedule is subject to frequent change, you may want to have your tickets held at the Box Office to expedite this process.)

WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR UNUSED TICKETS:
If, at the last minute, you discover you cannot attend a performance, please consider introducing a friend to Signature by giving him/her your tickets. You can make arrangements with the Box Office to have the tickets left under your friend's name. If this is not possible, you may phone the Box Office and arrange to donate the tickets back to Signature. You will receive an acknowledgment of your contribution for tax purposes. Please note that unused tickets may not be carried over.

SPECIAL NEEDS:
If you have special needs regarding your seating, such as wheelchair access, please advise the Box Office when ordering your tickets. We will make every effort to fulfill your specific seating request. Wheelchair seating is subject to availability.

OTHER:
Infrared hearing devices are available in the lobby of Signature's Peter Norton Space. Rental is free when you present a photo ID. Please visit the concession stand for more information. Signature's concession stand offers coffee, soda and light snacks. Also available for sale are scripts and books from many of our current and past Playwrights-in-Residence.
