I am a fantastic, considerate theatRE patron but what if
I am still running late?

Our Signature Center venues are all designed with intimacy in mind. Due to the configuration of our theatres, and to avoid disturbing other patrons, we may not be able to seat you in your original seats. Don't miss out - give yourself plenty of time to arrive.

Why haven't I received my tickets yet?

If it is less than two weeks out to your show date, and you have not yet received your tickets, please call the box office so that a replacement pair may be printed for you.

What are my options if I lose my ticket?

Please call the box office and they will reprint your tickets and have them waiting for you on the night of the event.

What is your standby/wait list policy?

For sold out performances, the box office may start a standby waitlist. To sign up for the waitlist, you must be at the box office in person at least one hour prior to curtain.

What is a “Talkback?”

A talkback is a post-show discussion where you meet with members of the artistic staff and cast. This is a chance to ask any questions about the show or artistic process and gain more of an insight into the author's work.

Are there any student or senior discounts?

The original runs of each of the shows up to our 20th Anniversary Season have been generously underwritten so that tickets only cost $20 each. No further discounts are available. If a show extends, we may offer discounts. Please call the box office for more information.

There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket sales. You have a couple of options. You may give your tickets to a friend or you may choose to donate your tickets back to the theater. If you donate your tickets, we can send you a letter for tax purposes. Please call the box office prior to the performance so that we can release your seats to the waiting list.

Help, I don't know what to wear to the theatre!
This is not a question, but an exclamation!

Relax! We have no dress code at Signature. Many of our patrons come after work and are in business attire, while others dress more casually. Of course, shoes and shirts MUST be worn, but otherwise, dress comfortably or dress up if you like. Keep in mind the theatre is air conditioned on warm days, so if you are cold-blooded, you may want to bring an extra sweater.
